INFORMATION ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA PURSUANT TO ART. 13 EU 2016/679
iSemar S.r.l., Via Sardegna, 5 – 60022 Castelfidardo (AN), in compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27/04/2016 “on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data” (hereinafter “Regulation”), wishes to inform you of the processing of your personal data that we will implement. The data you provide us when requesting contact, registration, and information on the site.
Article 13 of the Regulation establishes that when the Data Controller collects data from the data subject, it must provide a series of information, which we describe below.

Outside of these circumstances, the data will not be disclosed to third parties or disseminated, except as specifically provided for by national or European Union law.
- The Data Controller will process personal data for the necessary time and in any case no longer than 10 years from collection.
- We also inform you that in relation to the aforementioned processing, as provided for by the Regulation, you may request from the Data Controller access to your personal data (Article 15), rectification (Article 16), or erasure (Article 17), restriction of processing concerning you (Article 18), or object to processing (Article 21), in addition to the right to data portability (Article 20).
